👔 Role Summary
As a Customer Service & Sales Executive, you will be the face of PTCL Group at the Multan service center, responsible for assisting walk-in customers, promoting telecom products (broadband, landline, CharJi), and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to walk-in customers at the PTCL/Ufone service center
- Recommend appropriate telecom products (Broadband, PSTN, CharJi) based on customer needs
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Achieve monthly sales targets and service performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide feedback for service and process improvements
