🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize sales/distribution operations across the assigned cluster
- Conduct market visits to assess stock levels and product penetration
- Supervise and develop Grid Managers to enhance team performance
- Evaluate and onboard new sales outlets and channel partners
- Maintain strong relationships with franchises and retailers
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies and POS material availability
- Resolve commission disputes and legal queries professionally
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing for retail branding and promotions
