Your Impact
As a Sales Leader, you'll develop and execute our direct sales strategy, manage 200+ nationwide shops, identify new market opportunities, and transform customer experiences through digital innovation. You'll be instrumental in achieving our ambitious commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead comprehensive direct sales strategies and alternate channel management
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to exceed commercial targets
- Oversee nationwide network of 200+ retail shops and customer experience implementation
- Drive digital transformation of sales channels and customer journeys
- Lead the Sales Project Management Office (PMO) for flawless execution
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales plans
- Foster PTCL leadership culture across all management levels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
