Nawaz Group Of Companies are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth through direct sales while also identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role combines the target-oriented nature of a Sales Executive with the strategic relationship-building skills of a Business Development Officer, ensuring both immediate sales performance and sustainable long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client acquisition and account management.
- Identify, research, and approach potential clients, markets, and business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and after-sales support for clients.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote the company and its products/services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of proven sales or business development experience (B2B or B2C).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
