Position Overview
This role provides comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Regional Sales team, enabling them to achieve their sales objectives efficiently. The position is integral to streamlining workflows, improving communication, and supporting the operational effectiveness of the Regional Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices, quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders
- Maintain accurate customer and product data
- Generate detailed sales reports with performance metrics
- Support resolution of outstanding payment claims
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
- Coordinate sales activation events with Marketing teams
- Monitor sales expenses against budgets
- Recommend process improvements and SOP enhancements
- Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and complaints
