Job Summary
Haleon is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Multan region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare and FMCG sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales representatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in FMCG or healthcare
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales management systems
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
